At SENIZ, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
However, we want you to receive a high-quality product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing or manufacturing error, we will be happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a production or fulfillment error, SENIZ will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
For packages lost during delivery, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and find a solution.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
Reshipping costs may apply if a new shipment is requested.
